In Toggenburg, a valley steeped in legend in the heart of eastern Switzerland, over 20 unique cheese delicacies are created in our three cheese dairies. The powerfull spicy Flat Mansh extra cheese, Made from fresh Toggenburg mounain milk, enriched with selfgrown lactic and acid cultures, unites our family history, tradition and handicraft in a unique way. For its degree of maturity, Flat Mansh extra is an exceptionally pure hard cheese. The distinctive salt crystals harmonise wonderfully with its nutty note. The balanced, powerfully spicy aroma ignites a fabulous taste experience on the palate.
